MADELEINES WINE DINNERS & WINE TASTINGS
Every few weeks, Madeleines Restaurant & Wine Bistro hosts specialty wine dinners where its guests have the opportunity to sample wines from a particular winery or a selection of fine wines chosen by Madeleines Cellar Master and Executive Chef. The wines featured at Madeleines wine dinners are paired with a number of food courses (usually six to eight) specially chosen and prepared by Executive Chef Claud Beltran. The dishes presented at Madeleines wine dinners are chosen to enhance the wines that are featured during the evening.
Madeleines wine dinners are limited to approximately 20 guests. The number of guests is limited so that Madeleines can provide the participants with personal attention and quality service to make the evening an enjoyable, and hopefully, educational experience.
Madeleines also hosts private wine tastings in the restaurant or the wine bistro. Madeleines wine bar includes a Wine Library where intimate groups of 10 to 12 guests can sample a selection of fine wines in an intimate, old world atmosphere. Summer is the time to drink rose wines. Madeleines is currently featuring in the Wine Bar an excellent selection of rose wines by the flight or by the glass.

Madelienes will host a wine dinner featuring Eberle Wines on Saturday, July 30, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.
Executive Chef Claud Beltran will prepare a tasting menu to accompany a selection of wines specially chosen to enhance your dining experience and pleasure.
This wine dinner will be a wonderful event that will provide a limited number of Madeleines guests with an opportunity to taste an incredible pairing of food and wine.
